Summer Social Celebrates Chapter Volunteers & Sponsors

The rain may have moved the party inside, but couldn’t drown out the fun at the Chapter’s annual Summer Social on Thursday, July 26. This year’s Summer Social was held at the Royal Sonesta in Cambridge where 100-plus attendees enjoyed beautiful views of the Charles River and city skyline.

The Summer Social is an annual opportunity to acknowledge the Chapter’s volunteers and their hard work throughout the prior year. This year the Summer Social also acknowledged the many sponsors who have supported the Chapter’s social events over the past five years. Without them, these popular Chapter events would not be possible!

Despite overcast skies, attendees enjoyed sunny décor, yummy snacks and tropical beverages. Some even challenged each other to games of corn hole and giant Jenga! The fun continued into the evening with members of all ages reconnecting or meeting for the first time.

The Chapter’s calendar is filling up fast. We hope to see you at the Summer Golf Tournament at Kernwood Country Club in Salem on August 20.
